What We Sell
Bitbo Charts is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product providing real-time Bitcoin price and market analytics, delivered digitally through your online account.
Purchase Currency
All prices on our website are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
Promotions
We occasionally offer promotional discounts to new and existing customers. Currently, we are offering 50% off yearly plans when you use the code PRO at checkout. This discount applies only to the first year of a yearly subscription. After the promotional period, renewals are charged at the then-current standard yearly rate.
By using a promotional code, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without notice.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Bitbo Charts account dashboard. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused time.
Refunds
All payments for Bitbo Charts subscriptions are non-refundable. If you experience any problems with the service, please contact us immediately — we are happy to help resolve issues as quickly as possible.
