Balanced Price Explained
Balanced Price was introduced by on-chain analyst David Puell. It is calculated by subtracting Transferred Price from Realized Price, and has historically acted as a powerful bottom indicator — Bitcoin's price touching Balanced Price has coincided with generational bear market lows.

Transferred Price (USD) =
∑(Coin Days Destroyed × Price) /
(Circulating Supply × Days Since Genesis)
Balanced Price Formula
Balanced Price (USD) = Realized Price − Transferred Price
Transferred Price captures the aggregate economic weight of every bitcoin transfer throughout history. It takes the cumulative sum of all Coin Days Destroyed weighted by the USD price on each day, then divides by the circulating supply and the age of the Bitcoin network in days.
